Getting Ready Steps
BEFORE the morning of the webinar complete the following steps on the computer you will use to access and view the webinar. Need help? Call the Help desk at 1-877-382-2293.

Download and Install Google Chrome
- If you do not already have Google Chrome installed please navigate to the address below to download and install.
- Once you’ve installed Chrome please reboot and run Chrome at least once.
The Day Before, 10:00 a.m. – 12 Noon (all times are EST)
- Log into The Nest for a brief “drop in” anytime between 10:00 a.m. to Noon and check your connection
- When prompted, log in with your FIRST and LAST NAME. If you will be viewing the webinar as a group of two or more, you must sign in as “Company Name hyphen Location” (e.g., “Dan’s Company-Griffin”).
- You’ll see a welcome slide and hear music.
- Join the Nest
The Day of the Webinar
- Print the appropriate Sign In Sheet below (ALL participants MUST complete a sign in sheetand return it to email@example.com immediately following the webinar)
- Structural Series (webinars in even months)
- Green Series (currently available in Georgia, webinars in odd months)
- If your company is participating from multiple locations each location must complete a sign in sheet
- Immediately following the webinar, email completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail original to UGA Center for Urban Agriculture, 1109 Experiment St., Griffin, GA 30223.
- KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.
- Log into The Nest by 7:40 a.m. Eastern Standard Time:
- Watching by yourself? You MUST sign into Blackboard Collaborate with your FIRST and LAST NAME, or your name exactly as it appears on the Sign In Sheet
- Watching as a group of two or more? The appointed On-Site Facilitator MUST sign into Collaborate as “Company Name hyphen Location” (e.g., “Dan’s Company-Griffin”).
